Yeeymmy G., LCSW
Therapist & Founder of Family Behavioral Health
Professional Education:
As a licensed clinical social worker, Yeeymmy has cultivated a broad practice that includes couples counseling, family therapy, and individual care. She is also a practice owner, providing clinical supervision to other professionals in the field, and is deeply committed to fostering growth both for her clients and for the next generation of therapists.
Yeeymmy’s therapeutic style is eclectic and highly individualized, often drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems approaches. She integrates a spiritual component into her work, honoring the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Her practice is exclusively virtual, allowing her to connect with clients in a flexible and accessible way.
Passionate about holistic healing, Yeeymmy incorporates mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic rhythmic bodywork into her sessions. She emphasizes the powerful mind–gut connection, helping clients understand how emotional and physical health are deeply intertwined. This integrative approach supports clients in cultivating resilience, balance, and self-awareness.
Above all, Yeeymmy values creating a safe, compassionate space where individuals, couples, and families can explore challenges, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful change.
