Therapy Requirements
Recipients age 8 and older must meet criteria A and B:
A. DSM 5 Mental Health diagnosis
B. Display functional impairment in the home, school or community which means that the recipient's mental health diagnosis impairs his or her ability to engage in life activities which includes: Basic hygiene, work, school or interpersonal relationships.
Your first appointment with us is a Diagnostic Assessment and are conducted by our providers to determine eligibility.
We will verify the recipient's mental health benefits and confirm eligibility . We will assess the recipient's needs, work with stakeholders, and develop an Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
